Within this blog will be a series of concept arts. New and fresh ideas, an exercise to get my imagination rolling and my mind on creating images. Most images will be related in some way. Some will be random creations. All will be (hopefully) new ideas that have never been seen before, or at least new ways to look at the image portrayed.
The main theme behind the concepts presented here will be to build upon an idea I have for a cult. Ranging from the high clergy within the confines to the lowly servants that cower in the shadows to the rituals they perform and the instruments they use. The name of the cult is Ulmar, or the Cult of the Famed Wolf. More info on the cult and its beliefs and rituals will come with each post.
I am a student in college studying computer science and computer art. Wanting to go into 3D animation and design, I have familiarized myself with Photoshop, Flash and Maya. Skills with Flash and Maya are still growing with each day of practice, but the drive is there. My passions are animation, mainly focused on cut-scene animations or character concept creation. My hope is that my passion, skills and talent will get me a job that I will enjoy for the rest of my life, a job that I will desire to go into and a job that will push me to be more creative and push my skills further.
